Having worked for NAV customers as well as NAV partners, and after years of debate over the Finance versus IT perspective, we realized combining both views resulted in speeding up the momentum to solve business problems for whatever we are in the process of building. We took the advice of the great sage Dolly Parton, who said, “If you don’t like the road you’re walking, start paving another one.”

Her passion for NAV comes from her 12 years of experience as a Controller at two different companies who both chose Microsoft Dynamics NAV as their ERP solution as well as her participation as an active member of NAVUG for over 9 years. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, instructor with the NAVUG Academy, serves on a number of boards and committees, and has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the NAVUG All Star award. In 2017, she was named as a Microsoft MVP for Business Solutions. Kerry regularly contributes to the New View Strategies blog as well as her blog at DynamicsNAVFinancials.com.

She holds a Masters of Business Administration as well as a Masters of Financial Management and Accounting. Kerry has enjoyed working with distribution companies in eyeglass, grocery, coffee, and publishing industries and has a special interest in companies that are not for profit. She is an operational leader with holistic ideas around strategic planning and execution that will make any business healthier and better and believes a strong foundation of financial reporting and a consistently applied budget can truly solidify company success. amanda-42414-2Amanda Mayer has over 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations. Throughout her career in finance, Amanda’s focus on efficiency gains is apparent. Reducing the number of days and complexity of reporting sales tax in over 70 jurisdictions, creating a tool for variance reporting for more accurate month end close, and templates to manage month, quarter, and year-end reporting requirements for audit purpose are only a few examples.

As a Corporate Controller she implemented and managed consolidation of over 40 companies world-wide using Microsoft Dynamics NAV. After starting early in her career as a software consultant for accounting applications before focusing on finance, specializing in Finance and Manufacturing in NAV is the perfect pairing of her expertise. Amanda has spent time on numerous boards and continues to present key content at industry conferences and is a recipient of the prestigious NAVUG All Star award. She is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Amanda is an owner and active consultant and trainer with New View Strategies.
