Relationship Management Boot Camp
Class ID: NRMBC
Take advantage of a powerful CRM system you already own and is already integrated with the software running your operations. In this course we’ll cover all the significant components for you to use Relationship Management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Learn how to easily create and manage contacts, and what to do with them once you have them. Discover how to fine-tune your sales cycle in order to track interactions and opportunities. Review the funnel you’ve created for a much deeper insight into your pipeline, and incorporate the data you have into reports that everyone can understand.
Please note, during Friday’s session we will be covering capstone material that is critical to your take-aways from this class. Please schedule your travel after the scheduled conclusion.
